Ten formularz jest przeznaczony do zgłaszania treści naruszających prawo, które są publikowane za pośrednictwem infrastruktury należącej do Apolloweb Sp. z o.o. Obejmuje to między innymi następujące kategorie nielegalnych treści:

Sprzedaż produktów niespełniających wymogów lub podrobionych
Nieuprawnione wykorzystanie materiałów objętych prawem autorskim
Treści propagujące terroryzm
Bezprawne udostępnianie prywatnych zdjęć bez zgody
Cyberprzemoc (cyberstalking)
Nielegalny handel żywymi zwierzętami
Materiały przedstawiające wykorzystywanie seksualne dzieci
Naruszenia praw konsumentów w zakresie sprzedaży towarów lub świadczenia usług
Nielegalne oferty wynajmu nieruchomości

Jeżeli reprezentujesz organ Państwa Członkowskiego UE, Komisję albo Europejską Radę Usług Cyfrowych, skorzystaj z adresu dsa-abuse@apollohost.pl w języku polskim bądź angielskim.

This form is intended for reporting illegal content that is published through the infrastructure owned by Apolloweb Sp. z o.o. This includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of illegal content:

Sale of products that do not meet requirements or counterfeit goods
Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials
Content promoting terrorism
Illicit sharing of private photos without consent
Cyberbullying (cyberstalking)
Illicit trade in live animals
Materials depicting sexual abuse of children
Consumer protection violations related to the sale of goods or provision of services
Illicit offers of property rental
